Approved, not yet sent
Payments the approvers have signed off. Until one is recorded against a creator statement it is money the business has agreed to send and has not sent.
Owed to creators
Balances from the agreed rate and the sales recorded against it.
Invoices
What has been billed, in both directions, and what is still outstanding. An invoice is marked paid by recording a payment against it — never by hand.
Purchase orders
Commitments to suppliers. One cannot be issued without the approved decision that authorises it, and that decision is recorded on the order.
Due to come in
Work that has reached the stage where an invoice is raised.
