This policy explains what KULTXR (kultxr.com) and the KULTXR portal (kultxr.com/portal) collect, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. Both are operated by KULTXR, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- If you only browse. Nothing that identifies you. The public site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for up to 90 days to operate and protect the site.
- If you use the contact form or email us. What you choose under “I’m interested in”, your name, your email address, your company, and the notes you write to us. The form puts these into an email that you send to us from your own mail app, so what reaches us is that email.
- If you have a portal account. Your name and email address, the organisations, roles and portals you have been given, and a record of the changes you make in the portal. Accounts are created by invitation, which is sent to your email address. While you are signed in, your browser keeps the sign-in session so the portal knows it is you.
Our staff also use the portal to run our brands’ shops: their orders, customers and contacts. That information is described in the privacy policy of the brand site where it was given.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health information or account passwords in readable form), and we do not use any personal information to infer characteristics about you. Portal passwords are held by our sign-in service in hashed form, and we never see them.
Why we use it
We use each category only for the purpose it was given for: to answer your message, to run your portal account and show you what you have been given access to, to keep a record of who changed what, to keep the site and portal secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who receives it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months.
We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and the portal, runs portal sign-in, stores our records, carries our email, and runs the portal’s built-in assistant.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the people who use the site and of us.
Cookies, tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, and no third party collects information about you across other websites or over time through it. Its typefaces are served from our own site, so loading a page contacts no one else. The only thing stored in your browser is the portal’s sign-in session, which is there to keep you signed in.
Because we do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off; we treat it, and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, and honour it automatically.
How long we keep it
- Messages and requests: 3 years after you send them, sooner if you ask.
- The network address recorded with a request: 90 days.
- Accounts and customer records: while the account or relationship is active, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy (the right to know and to access);
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete it;
- opt out of any sale or sharing of it — we do neither, and we honour the request anyway;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights: you will not be charged more or treated differently.
How to make a request. Email LetsGo@kultxr.com from the address you used with us. We verify a request by confirming it comes from that address, and may ask one question about your message or account if we need to. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We answer within 45 days.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “appeal” in the subject. We will answer within 45 days and, if we still decline, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and staff access requires multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects information you have already given us, we will tell you directly before it applies.
